Learn how the VTH cares for animals at the 40th annual James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital Open House from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 13.
The Northern Colorado community is invited to enjoy hospital tours, a petting zoo, educational lectures, demonstrations, kids’ activities, and photo ops with CAM the Ram.
Students from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences veterinary clubs will host interactive and educational booths, leading animal anatomy lessons, face painting, teddy bear clinic, and other hands-on activities.
This year, a new demonstration from W.O.L.F. Sanctuary, a local organization that provides a life-long home to rescued wolves and wolf dogs.
The event is free and open to the public, no pets are allowed.
