Feminist Thought and Activism Conference

The Feminist Thought and Activism Conference, which will be held March 30 in the Lory Student Center, marks the 14th year of the event (formerly the Women’s Conference) at CSU.

“As ever, one of our goals this year is to garner more participation from students from across campus and academic departments and we would like your support in accomplishing this,” according to the Women and Gender Advocacy Center Staff.

Ways you can help:

Attend the conference.

Encourage students to attend the conference.

Share the event through email and social media. (Printed marketing will be available soon.)

The one-day conference is designed to be educational and entertaining, providing opportunities for the community to engage in conversations surrounding gender and other social justice issues. Throughout the day, the conference hosts a keynote and several breakout sessions which allow attendees to take part in critical dialogue and reflection.

Attendee registration for the conference opened March 4.
